I used the patch for 2 weeks and the last 2 days I haven't used anything. I popped a couple Xanax today as I had some heavy withdrawal anxiety. I haven't smoked in 16 days. I was laid off a few months ago. I go back to work next week and am worried I will start smoking again, because I have lots of triggers to smoke there. At home I can handle it much better. I need advice.
