If you want to losing your weight, you should take care about your diet. And do exercise and yoga on daily basis. You should take this type of diet such as:
* Take green vegetables and fresh fruit as much as possible.
* Avoid to eat oily and junk food.
* Take fruit juice and shake.
* Take food only you feel hungry.
