Smoking is dangerous for your health as well as your family. Quitting a smoking is good decision but how to do that is the most important factor. First of all you should try to reduce the consumption of cigarette. You can consult doctor and get the information for quitting smoking and follow the instruction. When you feel for smoking, engage yourself in other activity which is you like most.
