Hi Craig,
I lost 20kg in about 5 months by doing 2 things: Running, and stopped eating rubbish.
I ran twice a week for 7 km each run - i personally dont think that there is any activity quite like running for loosing weight. But remember if you do this, you need to eat healthy (lots of vegetables, cereals, fruits) and drink plenty of water.
The key is to have plenty of FUN doing it. Otherwise it wont last.
