As my point of view to avoid the face treatment you have to wash your face with the cold water because it is good for you.Scrub the eyes it is essential for the care of eyes. Then you have to use the skin moisturiser for the face.

The best thing to do is a get a god astringent, wipe, your, skin down in the morning following a shower, evening do the same. If you still have acne buy some imexpensive cream, clerasil works and use it as spot treatment. This is all assuming yoir acne is regular to mild.

Wash your face with mild soap and water. The logic is to not remove the dirt (as the majority of acne-inflicted person perceive) but to remove the plugs on the skin pores, which may be a combination of dead skin cells, bacteria and hardened sebum. Although dirt is not truly the cause of acne, it may contribute to further infection through its interaction with skin debris and particles and extra oil in the skin.

Hi,

I practice natural health and can offer some tips for your skin. Dry skin tends to get more dry and sensitive with overwashing. Try a gentle cleanser such as Dr. Woods Shea Vision Pure Black Soap. This is an anti-blemish soap with shea in it for moisture, that is excellent for sensitive and dry skin. You can find this product at Vitacost (dot) com.

You can wash once or twice a day, experiment with what works for you. Before bedtime is a must, to wash away the day. Drink plenty of water too and picture your skin being less dry and also free of acne. Visualizing does help with skin issues too.

For more information on how to support the whole body to keep skin healthy too, feel free to visit my educational health website at HealthConstellations (dot) com. Good luck with your skin and remember, you can do it!

Aarti
