I use Clarisonic for a deep pore cleaning and it helped me a lot in getting rid of bacteria on my face which led me to having a somewhat acne free face (i am dealing with post acne scaring now).

isnt acne a symptom of hormonal imbalance? i would try to find the root of the problem tbh i reckon to much junk food!!!! ohh im new here, hi everyone, 'LB'! i have a very bad case of anxiety and stress problems, also in the past a poor diet and i think this makes me a victim of puss blasters myself!!! :/

When I was growing up I had acne pretty bad for a couple months, so I went to see a doctor. He said it was because I was exercising often and that I should hit the sauna after my work outs. Fortunately it worked! Maybe it might work for you too?

Try this...
With a gentle hand, rub fresh lemon juice on your acne and pimples. Lemon juice has bleaching properties and this will lighten the color of your skin and reduce the appearance of acne and pimples. Plus, lemon juice is also responsible for the removal of the topmost layer of the skin surface - the part where bacteria grow. Lemon juice controls the growth of bacteria. If you are afraid of using concentrated lemon juice on your acne or pimples for fear that it may cause skin irritation, you can dilute the lemon juice by using rose water. Hope that helps you. The cheapest and natural way to deal with acne is wash the face with water whenever get the time without the use of soap, drink plenty of water, include green vegetables and fruits like watermelon, papaya which keep digestive system more active in addition to this go for daily exercise in the early morning.

Cheat tips. Yes there are!!!
My cystic acne started to fade away only when I put myself on dairy free, gluten free diet and only when I also used filtered water. It took me 12 years and a lot of consultations with dermatologists... I put only what works here on my blog called Skinoholist. Best luck. |
