I had the same problem at 16 and going to a dermatologist helped me incredibly! They went to school to learn how to fix your skin. And if you have health insurance it probably won't cost much.

well, continue washing your face or where your acne's are. It could be a factor that eating certain food could link to grow acne. Try to stay away fried and oily stuff like fried chicken. I have no more advice than that.

okay so I had a problem for a while and finally I just went to the dermatologist. They put me on birth control because it really helps with the hormones that cause a lot of your acne. They gave me this creme and another over the counter pill.

In the mean time if you really don't want to go to the dermatologist.

Then I recommend changing you pillow case ever night. You oils from your skin gets on their and from your hair and is really bad for your skin. If that's a little too extreme then flip your pillow over the next night and try exchanging pillow cases ever other night.

DO NOT TOUCH YOUR FACE. If you start to find yourself leaning on you hand darning class, stop. If you have an itch, try not to itch it (again, a little extreme, but the oils from your hands can get on your skin and clog the pores)

Try not to let to much hair touch your skin (I know you probably have a hair style that you are trying to hid your acne with)

But I think your best bet is to see a dermatologist.

obviously you have to eat well like fruits and veggies and make sure to drink water it helps so much. if you stop eating chocolate for a week and notice the next week you are not getting as many pimples, chocolate is prob your trigger, and you cant really do anything but limit how much you eat.. same goes for any food that may be your trigger.
i used peter Thomas Roth i think its called i got the blemish buster kit from Sephira and it worked so well for me... make sure you get a moisturizer for dry skin when using this because i had combination oily but this made my skin quite dry i used a moisturizer from StephiILor dry skin. i know you think you wont need the moisturizer but trust e, you will! good luck i hope this helps

I would first off try these steps for the next month it worked for me and my skin is now clear.

first off i washed my face in the morning and when i showered at night but other then that i did not wash my face too much because if you do you strip your faces natural oils and because by washing you face too much you not only strip the face of its natural oils but you cause it to work overtime and replenish the skin with its oils and by washing too much you cause it to become oily.

second i mixed two table spoons of baking soda and water and rubbing alcohol together to make a paste (dint use too much rubbing alcohol) then i dabbed it on the spots where i had the worst acne and i let it dry overnight

third i used a 2.5% Benzoilroxide moisturizer on my face but only in the most oily areas.

i found that by doing those three steps my acne and pimples all over my body cleared up within a month. i think that my also drinking a lot of fluids and cutting anything that i knew caused me breakouts llike nuts and chocolate helped a lot also

i hope that this helps you in your answer

Use Chlorella Gel Cleanser. It is made of green algae and can clean oil out of pores. Most of cleansers are made of chemical surfactants and can not clean the pores clogged by oil or dirt. The pores could be still clogged by sebum and more acne grow.

I had acne problem for the last 7 years. I had spend thousand of dollars for the dermatologist, but seem like nothing work until a friend introduce me to Mike's Holistic Acne healing. It work for me, and I think you should try it too. It's coming from inside our body, from our food, so we have to fight it naturally.
