really bad = going to the chrioropracter 1-4 a month puting your back out a lot!!when i put my back out the dr say it is really bad !!**chiropractor**and i do go to the chiropractor 1-4 times a month!!

The only way to comfortably sleep on your stomach is to (1) put something under your hips to elevate them if necessary...but the all important (2) is to put a small pillow under your calves. This will relieve the pressure off the small of your back. Do NOT use a pillow for your head (unless you have it under your forehead so you can breath during the night....I used to hang my nose over the edge to accomplish that.

You don't have to deal with these problems. If you come sometime to New Jersey i'll present you to a very damn good specialist and I bet with you that you will get rid of these problems.

I have lower back issues too. I used to go to chiro four times a month also - and that really did help. Now, I just practice yoga everyday (particularly the postures that target the lower back) and that does the trick for me. I am diligent with my daily practice and I rarely have an issue with my back any more.

At the age of 14 in girl the main problem of backache is the mensuration cycle which cause them weakness. Backache is very bad if you continuously sit at one place.
