Hello,

Changing hair color is now very common even in small age that's why can not be considered as signs of aging. Lake of vitamins, weakness and pollution can be another reason for hair color.
Memory loss can be a reason with growing age.
Most and primary sign is wrinkles on skin.

Hair fall, loss of color, wrinkles are common signs of aging. Declining health and immunity can be the other symptoms on notice. Take care of your diet, avoid sedatives and alcoholic intakes to avoid early aging

Ageing is not an unavoidable property of life. Instead, it is the result of a genetic program.

Aging often is influenced by the way you treat your skin. This means that if you are under a lot of stress, you smoke, and you get too much sun exposure, your skin is going to start aging faster, even if you are still quite young

Thanks

I heard signs of aging may be far more than cosmetic problems. It can be signs of poor heart health.

Stress and UV rays can contribute to premature aging. The signs can be apparent on the face and the body.
