Ones outlook can either make or break his or her mojo with regard to aging. Eating and exercise no doubt will help with ones outlook just as the later will help to choose the right foods and keep one active.
Keeping a positive attitude will help to avoid making excuses, but instead set the stage for a much brighter future to come.
Adopting an attitude that projects nothing but fear of aging, is indeed counter productive to living life as it was meant to be...Living in an artificial world is a very short life span indeed as well as very shallow...I choose to embrace each year as it comes and take all it has to give...wrinkles and all. Having recently adopted this attitude i have never been healthier in my hole life, nor have I felt as young.
I don't eat what the masses eat, nor do i think or dwell on the same things. once you can break away from modern conventional ways of living...you'll begin to see life for what it is...ofcourse it helps to keep in touch...mix.mingle or do whatever comes naturally to you. Think for yourself.
