Default a state of mind? - 02-28-2012, 04:13 PM

Okay, I know aging is not just a state of mind. As you get old your body is going to show it. However, have you noticed there are for instance 75 year old individuals sitting at home taking about their aches and pains while there are others the same age out doing all they can to enjoy their lives to the fullest. Usually the ones trying to live healthy and enjoy life also look a lot younger and healthier.
