Allergies are symptoms of a problem, not the problem. Drugs only address "Relieving the symptoms" not curing the problem. If you are looking for a drug cure, good luck. The drug companies have NOT cured a single disease in over 200 years of their existence. That would be financial suicide and that is not their focus. They only "Relieve symptoms or manage diseases," nothing more.

I used to have allergies so bad that my eyes would close shut and lots and lots of mucus. I do NOT have allergies anymore. NONE, Nada, zip, gone. I improved my digestion and cleaned up the small intestine. That is a real "CURE." It was not done with drugs or medicines.

good luck to you

Yes, work on the immune system. In particular the gut. My son had terrible allergies. They're getting much better as we improve his digestion.

Homeopathics have also helped calm his system.

The only cure is desensitization shots. You have to go to the doctor once per week and get shots for several years.

Yes. I accidentally cured my allergies. After I started testing a meditation product for my website my allergies no longer bothered me. If you meditate regularly your immune system works better. It is not a one time thing but there are a lot of other benefits to meditating regularly.

If meditation is not enough to cure your allergies you could try exercising regularly. Exercise helps your immune system but not nearly as much as meditation. Relaxing exercises like Tao chi, gongnand yoga would help the most. For best results exercise, meditate regularly and avoid stress.
