If you desire to get bigger, then you have to address doing workouts. although, not all exercises are good to boost height.

When it comes to exercises to increase size, extending exercises is the most productive. The fact is that, growing taller is credited to the skeletal parts in the legs and spine.

Thats a nice tips even i heard that swimming helps you to increase your height? is it true?
