Even though your anxiety is feeling better, it can take weeks to months for the full effects of anxiety to be felt physically. The tics and problems you are having are most likely anxiety related. I have the same problems, and it just happens that the more I think about weird physical problems, the worse they get. Then the anxiety comes back. It's definitely a cycle, and if you let the anxiety get to you, in another few months, you will probably have a different set of physical problems. Anxiety is a long battle, and even if you've found the correct drug/therapy combination, it could still take up to six months to feel better physically. If you haven't spoken with a doctor about medicines and therapies yet, I would definitely recommend doing that soon, so you can begin to get better.
