you're fine. Don't read into those symptoms and assume yours are the same.

i wouldnt get freaked out the disease he had is very rare. your calf cramps can be explained by you being in basketball. using them frequently with playing and weightlifting. nasal congestion is a way of life for some people and being congested just means that your body is trying to filter out more air that your breathing in. relax im sure that all this is coincidence

dude, dont worry about it, you wouldnt be able to play basketball if you did, i get cramps and twitches all the time and i play lts of sport (im 14), what u have is a lack of protein, eat more fooods that contain lots of protein and you will no longer get muscle cramps. also some people just are generally sensitive to getting sick and all mucusy in there head

Calm down and don't stress over this. It is very, very common for people to read symptoms of a disease and then connect those symptoms to their own body. Its called hypocondria, I've been guilty of it myself. If you are getting cramps even though you warm up and stretch, you might want to increase your water intake. Muscles cramp when they dehydrate so keep drinking that water as you are exercising. You can always go talk to a doctor about your concerns. But remember this ... your life is what it is, and it is on you to make the best of it. Look at Stephen Hawking, can you think of a more revered mind that is still alive?
