Its very easy to get rid of anger, there is a trick to it that works every time. When you are angry, try to become more angry telling yourself that you are angry because you want to be and makes you feel good and happy, so when you are angry you want to be more angry because you want to enjoy it. The simple act of trying to become more angry when you are angry so you can enjoy it more, makes you crack up laughing every time and rids the anger. Its when you are angry and don't want to be angry, or try not to be that you become really angry or uncontrollably angry.I actually told this to a client with a history of uncontrollable anger issues, his wife and family wanted him to get help for it but he wouldn't see a psychiatrist. He promised he would try what I told him and the next time I saw him he was smiling and laughing (he usually always had a scowl on his face), and said that it worked. Score one for me
