Yes that diet is infact effective, so far as I have heard, but one should be careful with the selection of food stuffs in that particularly the content of fats or carbs in them. Since there is an extensive range of atkins food available its quite certain that you may miss the limit of fat intakes in your body.

Well this is my second time doing Atkins and is the only eating plan that performs
for me.Be sure to eat a lot of seafood such as seafood, sardines, mackerel in aspect
because of its omega-3 body fat. You can go for the egg which also contain, great
quantities of omega-3 body fat.
