Does attention deficit play havoc with your housecleaning? -

if it does, do you stick with only what interests you? Do you flit from task to task if a cleaning task does not fascinate you? How do you overcome this?Thanks everyone, all answers were great and very helpful!

Flit from taskt to task, yes. I can't just stick with only what interests me, or eventually the unsanitary-ness would become dangerous, although admittedly I'll let that stuff go longer. I overcome it by just eventually coming back to my half-finished tasks.

I have A.D.D. and it's hard for me to keep myself from getting totally off course when I'm cleaning. I definitely have to leave the TV off or I'll sit and watch it for 10 minutes, then clean, then watch it again, etc. I play music and only clean one room a day ... that helps my house stay clean and me stay focused.
