here are my benefits list of eating fruits and vegetables:
1. Control your weigh.
2.Lower your risk of stroke, heart disease, and high blood pressure.
3.Reduce your risk of type 2 diabetes
4.Lower your risk of some types of cancer
5.Boost your energy level.
6.Look and feel great.
7.Fruits and vegetables contain important vitamins, minerals and ‘plant chemicals’. They also contain fibre.
8.A diet high in fruit and vegetables can help protect against cancer, diabetes and heart disease.
9.Fruits and vegetables are low in fat, salt and sugar and provide a good source of dietary fibre.
10.Are filling but are low in calories. So, they are ideal to keep your weight in control.

Fruits are a rich source for nutrients, particularly vitamins. they can really improve your overall health and can make you fitter and better. if you consume fruits on regular basis you will improve your skin glow, your immunity and your overall health.

Fruits forms an essential part of our diet. I would like to remind a proverb that "An apple a day, keeps the doctor away". So eating healthy does save from you from having many type of diseases. Fruits also helps in improvising sleep.

Fruits are an important source of diet for our body. It provides essential nutrients to us. daily intake of one apple or any other food before dinner is good for health.
