There is only 1 answer... Its the answer that helped me out several years ago when I was dealing with those issues and continues to help me to this day.

Jesus. If you truly want to be healed. Set free from the pills, the tears, and the pain you need to go to your creator and ask Him.

Until you do that you will be just treating your symptoms...

if you have any questions feel free to contact me

An amazing thing to do is:
1. Bike ride, they take things off your mind. Try listening to music while you ride.
2. Talk to someone sweet, they get things off your mind easily.
3. Text someone, especially someone you ha vent talked too in a while.
4. A therapist, they are nice, compassionate, and friendly.
5. Hang out with friends, a good place is at the movies, or a football game is always fun.
6. Have a party/ Influence a friend to have one, Party = Good times and Memories.
7. If alone, sing. Just singing is amazing to do.
8. Appreciate how beautiful you are, your wonderful locks, beautiful eyes.

THE DON'TS.

1. NEVER drink. It's immature, and stupid, all it does it ruins things.
2. NEVER smoke, you can die from it, and nobody wants that.
3. NEVER do drugs, any type, DO NOT DO THEM! They may "seem" to help, but that is just a PUTRID lie.
4. Be happy your alive. Remember, you where 1 out of 650,000,000 sperms that made it to the end. (:

Fighting depression can be so difficult because it's like the depression has a Prue-emptive self-defense mechanism in it in-which the tools most helpful for fighting depression are gone as a symptom of the depression - it's a paradox.

You don't sound like a typical depressed person to me. You sound exceptionally focused on helping yourself & beating the depression, which is why I chose to take the time to answer your particular question.

What you should Do:

For starters, take care of yourself nutritionally & avoid alcohol & non-prescription drugs.

2ND, get daily sunlight in the mornings when possible & 30 min. exercise, or whatever amount you can get up to 30 min daily.

3rd. Make a daily log of your moods & other symptoms & store it electronically, like email it to yourself daily. In addition to any possible symptoms of the conditions you listed in your heading,
the log should also track your confidence in yourself. For example, if you at times feel irritable because you are so sick & tired of feeling so tired and depressed and then at other times, feel irritable because someone else isn't doing something the way you want or because someone else can't see that you are right about something, make sure your log references the mood that the irritability comes from. Also, list any times when you feel 100% not sick or "exceptionally well".

Also, make a log of the following:
1. Any known mental health conditions in your family,
2. A list of any police incidents you have had including the dates & what happened.
3. Any thyroid ism or any other known condition.
4. A list of any abuse(s) you suffered.

Then make an appointment with a mental health professional. When making the appointment, ask how much experience they have and have they diagnosed the conditions you listed in your heading.

After meeting with them, if you are not satisfied with them, try someone else.

If the mental health professional is competent, this is what should happen:

The answer to your yahoo question will probably be written clearly in your log, like in large bold print, but in a language that only a competent mental health professional can read.

It's like a tag-team. They can only be as accurate as your job of bringing them the correct information & you can only be as accurate as your ability to read the language of psychology, which the mental health professional should be fluent at.

I get feelings about people's success and I'm usually right & I get the feeling that you are going to overcome what you are facing because of your focus and determination and it sounds like you have suffered a lot and are ready to do whatever it is that you have to do to beat it and you just needed someone to provide you the way to proceed.

Good-luck!
