I would suggest you see a specialist. My son had this issue from birth until about 1 year old. He went 21 days without a bowel movement at one time. My son had to see a specialist. We found out he had a simple biological problem that was easily corrected. It may be a food allergy. I would serious see a specialist. If they dont give you answers see another. There is a serious problem that needs to be address. Keep going until they give in and start some testing

My son had this problem for about three months when he was 16 months old. When I took him to the doctor they said to give him the baby suppositories for 3-5 days and increase his intake of apple juice and feed him plums. ( not to much or else you will have the opposite problem) I did this and have not had a problem with it since. On the suppositories only give him one a day every 24-36 hours.
