disorder and told that it is likely at some future point he will develop bowel cancer. Has anyone any recommendations as to any lifestyle changes etc he could make that would stave this off?

Sulphur tabs help, but he may end up with a colostomy, its normally hereditary, and therfore not cureable, however, some steroids do help, try asking for salazapane, im not sure if its spelt right, but a good roughage diet help too
