Honestly, just with time. I was run over by a car when I was 9, and have these huge dent like things in my upper thighs, and as my fiance and I were just together I was very skeptical of showing it at all, but now I could care less. She will slowly let you see, but until then just make her aware how in love you are with her and her entire body, and how beautiful she is.

If you just show her over time that it doesnt even faze you, she will slowly become more comfortable. Just give her time, things like that can be very embrassing for anyone.
