Your doctor, if s/he is a gyn/onc specialist will know best.I would bet you would feel pretty *non-specific* changes:Weakness, weight loss, fatigue, lower abdominal fullness (IF recurrs in abdomen/pelvis)But if a metastatic growth recurrs, you can have variable presentations--anything under the sun, depending on location of tumor met.*Limited* examples include...Shortness of breath (if malignant pleural effusion near lungs)Headache (brain)Back pain (stress fracture from met to vertebra)Ovarian cancer, as you know, can be aggressive and very mobile, so stay strong and healthy. Good nutrition, good sleep, rest and limit all forms of stress in your life. Be proactive so you can claim control over your life. Get involved in the interdisciplinary cancer therapies, and stay in close touch with your doctors and nurses. Wishing you love and peace and health!
