Hello Friends,
I have been researching diet for cancer patients and you need to eat more fruit and veg. At least five portions a day veg are better, but fruit is good. Why not snack on carrots sticks, cucumber, cherry tomatoes etc. But no diet can prevent cancer - all it can do is make you healthier so that if cancer comes, you are better able to recover. There is a lot of research that says that fruit and veg might prevent colon cancer, but so far no-one has come up with a definitive statement.
