Cerebral Palsy is a disorder of the nervous system that impaired your ability to move. People afflicted with palsy are normal just like you and I, they just are physically restricted by their bodies. It is not a mental retardation. My uncle is afflicted with cerebral palsy, and he is brilliant. He has a masters in civil engineering and had lead a very good life despite having limited speech capabilities and using a wheel chair.
