She can t do anything for herself. And alreay has a 1 year. And is expecting another baby soon. She has a boyfriend living with her and her mum and dad.People are saying that its not rite to let her go through the pregnancy. And that her mum is making money out of it.By being the carer.

She could probably be quiet and have children. I don't see why that would matter.

goodness thats terrible i think in this situation the baby should be aborted or if too late adopted this clearly isn't a very good quality of life for the baby and the women is clearly being used by the mother and boyfriend.

Let me get this right?...She has a child and a boyfriend, and is expecting another. Does the boyfriend help with his children? You say that the mum is making money. That being the woman with cerebral palsy or her mother? And if so... how is she making any money off of such a situation?

who are we to judge who can and cannot have children just because a person is disabled should she not have the same rights as others....as long as she has a support base ie her parents and boyfriend to help then i'm glad she can experience the wonderful feeling of becoming a mother god knows she deserves a chance.

being disabled should not really prevent a mother's right to have a baby...as long as the father of the baby is supportive&can provide for the child...and that they have an extended family around them when the going gets tough - so, i dont see why not.

I think you should not worry about what other families do - maybe she wants to have children, maybe her family is there helping her not hindering or using her, rumors are just that rumors and unless you have first hand knowledge of the day to day goings on in her home you should mind your own business - not to sound rude or anything but you do not know what goes on behind closed doors and therefore no amount of speculation will answer your questions properly. If you feel they are abusing her (physically mentally etc) in some way, call the police, or a social worker even an adult protection officer let them investigate and if there are any shady dealings they can sort it out, otherwise just mind your business it does not concern you.
