I would not be terribly concerned at this point give in your good blood work, however, you could improve your long-term health by converting to an optimal diet.
You might stop eating dairy products and and animal flesh replacing them with:
- Raw and steamed leafy green vegetables (collards, kale, spinach)
- Whole grains (not processed grains or breads)
- Cooked and sprouted legumes (peas and beans)
You will also want to eat colorful vegetables, fruits and vegetables, flax seed (for Omega-3 fatty acids), vitamin B12 and vitamin D.
A whole plant based diet assures you that you avoid the most common diseases associated with the Standard American Diet (SAD) including: Heart Disease, strokes, breast cancer, prostate cancer, and diabetes.
