I had high cholesterol when I was your age also. It actually happens to most teens so calm down! You need to watch your portions. Cholesterol is found in meats, eggs, cheeses, butter, basically animal products. If you're eating too much, you develop high cholesterol! You need to start eating a bit healthier. Lots of veggies!! More veggies than meat in your diet. You sounds healthy otherwise. High cholesterol won't really affect you right now, but it can lead to heart disease in the future. Yours isn't sky rocketed or anything, so don't worry. It's not that bad, you just need to start eating healthier! Don't be scared
