Just to say that my husband had a routine health check 3 months ago, his cholesterol came back at 9.5!! We had no idea what this meant but doc said was high and statins were advised. he came back and told me and after a bit of research decided with docs approval to try diet for 3 months,we had results today after the 3 months and delighted it is now 3.2!!

Good, cholesterol level is not that difficult to cut down, the thing is having proper diet, include fruit, green veggies in the diet, Apple can cut down the cholesterol level by 25%.
