I was diagnosed with CFS 12 years ago. Honestly, the only thing that has remotely helped was eating a gluten-free diet. (Which, of course, I didn't find out about until I was diagnosed with a wheat allergy). I've also heard going dairy-free helps too.Get a basic blood panel for allergies the next time you go to the doctor. Sometimes CFS is diagnosed when there's really a food allergy. In the winter I also use a tanning bed, for about 10 minutes every week. It's not exactly the healthiest thing in the world, but it does help. And best luck, because feeling that tired all the time totally sucks.
