A diabetic diet should consist of a good combination of nutrients i.e. carbohydrates, protein, fat, vitamins and minerals to stay fit and fine and to keep the blood sugar levels in check.

Diabetic person have to walk more
food depends on the level of diabetes..
avoid starch and sugar food like patato, rice derivatives.
or
consult your doctor time to time.

Well,Diabetes is so bad disease for the health and fitness so i am agree with your
reviews about the suger patient diet.According to me that vegetarian diets and fruits
with the morning walk so good for the diabetes patients….
