The Eat-Clean Diet has really made a difference in my life. It really hasn't been a diet, but a lifestyle change for me. I've lost 44 pounds eating clean and I am so much healthier. Before the change I had to have emergency surgery, i was on anti-seizure meds for chronic migraines, had a tumor on my liver, acid reflux and serious stomach and digestion problems. Since then i am no longer on any meds, i haven't had a migraine since the first month of changing over and my tumor is close to nothing. it has really made a difference in my life. So yes...the Eat-Clean book by Tosca Reno is an excellent start. If you have any more questions, i would be happy to answer, especially about the eat-clean basics.
