Drink water a lot. Eat clean and fresh. Take small portion of meal. Follow these rules and stay healthy.

I want to recommend one very beneficial weight loss method that is juice cleanse detox diet. I have been able to down extra fat from my body and very happy with the results. It is very beneficial in maintaining the overall fitness and health.

Eating fresh vegetables, fruits drinking water and avoiding foods with a lot of calories and fats work to loose my weight. Along with some lemon and orange juices. Also done some regular walk and exercise to digest well and burn the calories.

agreed. I am fasting a couple of days per week and it is a method that is sustainable . I also take supplements to help with fat formation.

Any kind of diet and exercise can work for as long as you know how to detoxify first before going to any kind of diet. I heard some people didn't see any effect no matter how they diet and exercise because their body reached the level not able to lose any weight due to toxins that they need to flushed out of their body. I guess, anyone should try to detox before making any diet.

The Diet pills are some what good to use for the purpose of weight loss, But cannot recommend them as far as my knowledge is concerned. I thought that the best diet can be obtained by taking the food in the correct format, following a plan with all the necessary supplements included in it. Eating real good food that contains proteins, nutrients, carbohydrates and all other necessary supplements makes our body stood fit. In an emergency situation, we may use the diet pills through proper doctor consultation.

Control diet and regular exercise helps you to loose weight.. keep in mind the more calories you are consuming double you need to loose that calories..
