My biggest obstacle is always sweets. I love them, especially chocolate. They way I get around it is by still allowing myself a little. I usually will try things that are sugar free or much smaller so I don’t consume too many calories. That way I keep myself fit.

But what we need to understand is there's no such thing as a fast weight loss program. I am not saying that no product is going to be effective and can help lose weight.

Yeah obviously hunger is the first thing which disturbs you while dieting but you will get the reward of bearing it after a while when you achieves your weight loss goal.
So try to face and bear it as much as you can,All the best
