Default I want to lose weight do you know any diets? - 07-03-2009, 12:46 AM

I want to lose about 15 lbs. I work out every day. I eat pretty healthy. I was wondering if you knew about any diets, home remedies or anything? I been trying to lose these last 15 lbs for like forever. I'm desperate. Maybe some work out videos? My prob areas are Tummy, thighs. I know like in Mexico there's a bunch of diet drinks you make at home and they work. Stuff like that?please and thank you.things that work quick too please.

People are do their diet for improve their health or lose their weight.These are normally used to lose weight. maintain a proper diet and your weight. Do some physical activity like walking and arabics.

Well If you want to reduce your weight do one thing just avoid fatty food and do exercise regularly you can also do yoga its really maintain your body and give you perfect shape. You can also eat fruits and vegetables.

Weight loss,you do exercise regular and take a healthy food like fruit,vegetables,salad soup and never take a oily or junk food and you take a oat's things this a best fat burner and also take a warm lemon water and mix honey through some day and it burn your fat this a way you loss weight.Fat burners,vitamin C have the properties of acting as fat burners,and eat a oat's item and also take a warm water 2time daily and take a warm lemon water with honey this a also a fat burner and take a healthy food salad,fruit,juice and vegetables this also best for a health.

Well,exercise is best way to loose weight. There are exercise programs for quick weight loss.There are even programs that just turn your fat into muscle. When one considers the gym, always as much water as you can. If your eating sweat a lot, then you need water to replace the your sweat. Do this to avoid dehydration.

As per my viewed, Following are the main tips for loss the weight as soon as far,

1) Drink plenty of water
2) Avoid to eat oily and junk food.
3) Increase our physical activities.
4) Spent to to three hours for daily exercise.

Well to reduce weight exercise regularly would give a good result just avoid junk foods eat healthy foods, you can also try a yoga that is good for to keep maintain physically.

Please avoid white carbohydrates,bread, rice, cereals, potatoes, pasta, bread crumbs and fried, the mentioned foods are finished training in resistance training at least 20 minutes in length except for 1.5 hours in this manner, is prohibited . If you avoid eating anything white, it safe.
