Cut down the fat content and switch to fibre and protein rich food. this will not just help you loose fat but will also make it easy to maintain health.

Everybody who said high fiber and played fast food as a scapegoat just broke my heart a little. You all realize that fiber is a carbohydrate, right? Carbohydrates stimulate the body to release insulin which forces the body to store fat which can and often does cause hunger due to malnutrition at a cellular level.

Fast food, while not the best for you, can be made a lot better by reducing the carbohydrates you consume. Switching your soda to water is a good start, but by no means should it end there if you want to live a healthy lifestyle. Remember, moderation and education are key.

This is not so easy but not so hard too, you have to get used to your self for the jogging, exercises for an hour and more than that. That will really help you.

You can attain to get skinny by teaching yourself not to eat much. This may sounds to simple but it is not. This is basically the foundation of most types of diet.

I also notice that the more you do nothing, if you stay at home all day, you tend to eat a lot because you have nothing to better thing to do.

I am very agree with that you should try to stay away from junk food. For better immune system,stamina,detoxification juice cleanse is the best way. In juice cleanse you have to take only juices of fresh fruits and vegetables for one ,three or seven days but it is not so easy to stay away from solid food quite a long time so initially you can start slowly but If you do 3 day or 7 day juice cleanse you will definitely get the amazing positive health results.

I don't appicate any kind of slimming pills which have many side effects. because all of these pills have made with many chemicals and they have many othe hidden side effect which you cannot feel at the same time but after a some time you will feel them but you don't blame them because at that time when you feel you are not using any kind of slimming pills. Personally, I wouldn't diet! A diet may get you slim quickly, but I don't believe that it will keep you slim for long, a healthy lifestyle is key for me.

If you want to be slim, I'd say that you need to live like you're slim, and living a slim persons life (as far as I'm aware) doesn't involve pigging-out all the time, it involves living a healthy, active lifestyle.

I think the short bottom line is: Eat and exercise with the vision of being a slim person, I think this will also help you make the right decisions when it comes to eating etc.
