Epilepsy is a neurological disorder caused by excessive electrical activity within the brain.Get some extra Vitamin E.Check out Chinese herbal formulas and above all consult Ur doctor.

I am 26 and I have epilepsy too. I often get those small jerks, but I think it may be restless leg syndrome. Or you might have cyclonic/absence seizures it's when you get those seizure jerks. And epilepsy is not curable, even though I wish it was. Some people do go see antipathy's, but I'm not sure how well that works, but I want to see one eventually.
