Default How come I have been exercising and my weight has not lowered? - 12-22-2008, 12:37 AM

I have been exercising everyday for about 30 minutes. I have lost a lot of weight, but not recently. No matter how much I exercise, I cannot lose anymore weight. My weight has stayed the same for about a month. I feel a difference, but I want the numbers to lower. Are there any suggestions as to what I can do or what is wrong?

Probably gaining too much muscle.Muscle actually weighs more than fat.

You have to get diet and exercise at the same time to lower your weight.GOOD LUCK!

How about your diet? Are you justifying that donut because you worked out? Pay closer attention to what you are eating.
