Yoga has many benefits over other methods of maintaining health, such as gymnastics, athletics, aerobics, games and many other forms of exercise. Yoga should be practiced only on an empty stomach. You can unsubscribe at any time during the day. Yoga is something very valuable and useful to everyone. Two major benefits of yoga are prevention of disorders and diseases, and maintaining the health and well-being in everyday life. Other benefits include flexible muscles, supple joints, relaxed and the mind easily and efficiently to vital organs like heart, lungs, endocrine glands, liver, pancreas, and a good balance of different activities, such as the coordination of the nerves, etc.

Yoga has many advantages. And those are mentioned here. Anyone can easily do Yoga at home and it is very effective for sound health and mind.

Yoga is more than 5000 years, and this art is priceless is the result of centuries of hard work from the ancient Indian sages. Over the ages, techniques and methods were refined and adapted to the needs of different civilizations, cultures and generations.

Yoga has many advantages over other methods of maintaining health, such as gymnastics, athletics, aerobics, games, and various other forms of exercise. It does not need any costly equipment and materials, or playgrounds, swimming pool, gyms, etc. Yoga can be practiced throughout the year.

I think many exercises that weightlifters do tend to shorten their muscle fibers and reduce their flexibility. Yoga classes and instructors have been including this hand gestures technique which is believed to mainly focus on the brain functions giving you a sound mind.

Now a days Yoga has becoming a popular in the whole world because of its advantages. it has many advantages like reduce the stress ,keep your mind and body free from depression . To stop the high level of cholesterol.It helps to control diabetes and hypertension.

benefits of yoga r huge.
it tones ur body nd mind also u feel confident after doing yoga.it is grt source for stress buster.nd when u feel down in life yoga can uplift ur mood also so yoga has very gud impact on body but the thing is u hav do learn it properly u cant be ur teacher....

Yoga is very effective exercise. It was easy to do and any time we can do it but take care that do yoga after 2 hours then taking meal. It will improve memory power, reduce weight and gain weight as body requirement. It will prevent us to getting disease and improve internal strength to fight against disease.
