Hi,
Through yoga, our mood improves along with our sense of well being. Anxiety, depression and hostility decrease, and social adjustment improves. Also, our attention span increases, learning efficiencies rise, and memory grows sharper.

Yoga is really best exercise for all to maintain your good fitness very well. Yoga is also good for reducing more weight and increase more mind power very well. Yoga is also nice for all to boost your healthy health very well.

There are lots of advantages of yoga and its actually makes you more healthy..

it helps to Stable autonomic nervous system equilibrium, Pulse rate decreases, Weight normalizes, Sleep improves etc also it helps to increase you reaction time..
