Effective time management is an essential means to a life less stressful. This practice can help you reduce your stress and regain your personal life.The most important thing is to take a break when we are stressed. Go for a coffee or a stroll. Maybe lunch or exercise outside work.

According to me you have do exercise regularly,Sharing your problems with your friends and loved ones,Go outside, Spending more time with your family and friends,Taking more rest sleep at least six to seven hours.

Gentle exercise is of the best way to reduce stress. You can connect your exercise in to your every day method. You only require half an hour a day. Household work such as exercise, walking briskly to work, than drive, climb stairs or use elevators. Other best way to reduce stress is to do breathing exercise.

although all tips r gud but my question is when u obbsesed nd that creats stress nd wht to do i hav tried maximum things they help for certain time but then it is same so plz help me out....

1)To reduce stress do meditation and yoga.
2)Take proper sleep.
3) Divert your mind in interesting thing which you like.\
4) Did not spend time with alone.
5) Never thing about negative thing.
