According to my suggestion there are some basic tips to keep your skin beautiful and healthy. You have to get up early in the morning and by fresh water wash your face. Secondly you have to clean your face with rose water and multani mitti. You have to use only ayurvedic herbal skin product which is not harm ful to your body.

If you are a smoker, want to keep the skin healthy and beautiful, you should seriously consider getting some help, give up the habit. Smoking drain your skin of oxygen and other vital nutrients. Excessive alcohol consumption also depletes the skin's nutrition.

2. speed-up the sloughing-off process of the dead cells.

Protect our skin from the sun avoid 10am to 4pm sun rays.It is very harmful to our skin. The skin is one of the most powerful indicators of health. Wrinkles, dry or oily skin, acne, and inflammation all are signs of poor internal health, often brought on by consuming unhealthful foods and avoiding skin-healthy nutrients. To treat skin problems, most people turn to mainstream topical cosmetics, including lotions, soaps, scrubs, toners, and creams. However, treating outer blemishes with expensive, chemical-laden beauty products does little to address the root cause of the problem
