Are you getting more best nice healthy skin then eating more fresh food like fruits and green vegetable is really good for your healthy skin. Avoid more drink and smoking is really bad for your healthy skin.

Good Skin Care is important if you want to keep your skin healthy and youthful looking. You need to begin with protecting your skin from the elements which includes the sun. You need a certain amount of sun daily in order for your body to produce vitamin d properly.

For skin to be healthy, it is very important to keep it healthy internally, and take care of it externally. The most important thing is to keep it well hydrated so that it does not become oily and dull. For this, try to drink a lot of water and exercise regularly. Exercise plays a very important part in maintaining, not just the skin but even for a healthy life. Also, fruits are an easy way for a healthy skin. A good diet including fresh vegetables and the essential supplements is also important. To reduce oiliness of the skin, rub an ice cube to your skin before going to bed. This would gradually reduce oiliness.
