Hello Friends,
Maybe you went on vacation and you haven't exercised for several days. Or perhaps you have been sick and just couldn't get to the gym. If you are like me, maybe you have medical issues and cannot get to the gem. Whatever your reason or excuse when the day comes and you decide you need to get back on track, how do you do it? Maybe you have steel determination and you just do it. Or most likely you are like the majority of the population and you need to ease back into your exercise program.
First, depending on why you stopped exercising in the first place, determine your current physical condition. If it has only been a few days you can probably ease back into your old exercise program with no problem. If you have been seriously ill, of course consult your doctor. If you are in good condition and no longer ill you should be able to get back into your exercise program with no problem.
