I strongly recommend that you do not start with jogging. Jogging is not recommended if you have too many extra kilos. You will damage your knees, your joints, etc. Start with jogging later when you have lost a some weight. Please know that the process of losing weight starts before exercising. Losing weight starts in the kitchen. You will accomplish nothing even if you exercise 4 hours a day but not keep a weight loss diet. Weight loss isn't that hard. I mean is not rocket science. You just have to want it. It is about simple math: eat less calories than your body consumes each day. People exercise to help with the second part of my statement: "body consumed calories". You said you live in an area with a lot of hills. I think the best thing to start exercising with, would be hill climbing. Just go outside and walk uphill. Make breaks when you need, bring enough water with you and make sure to use those special tight pants for running. Good luck.
