Hey guys!!No doubt that exercise has own importance in our life.It is the best work
for keep good fitness and health.But i like some other tips so good for for health.
We should be eating energetic food an participate in the healthy activities.I like these tips for fitness and health...
1 Swimming
2 Running
3 Jogging
4 vegetarian foods
5 fresh fruits.

Good health is one of the most prized gifts that every human being craves for. Everyone knows that the best way to remain happy and healthy is through proper food and exercise. You cannot let exercise remain on the back burner just because you are too tight pressed for time. It is never a bad idea to try the exercising schedule early in the morning when you are up from a refreshing sleep.

A good exercise plan is just to go running a mile every day. That and some sit ups and push ups and you'll be losing weight in no time.
