simple.. just don't fatty foods and fried foods. Plus go on exercise or something. In that way, you'll really lose weight. Plus do take the low-calorie diet too.

The easiest way to lose weight is regular exercise. But if one has put a lot of weight on then he/she would have to do some medical treatments. Don't let that extra fat cover your belly. It is easy to stop getting fat rather than losing weight. Diet food can help for some extent.

Exerise, exercise, exercise! Exercise increases your metabolism and burning off excess fat. When is the best time to exercise? Our metabolism slows down about 8 hours after we wake up, so 30 minutes of exercise in the evening, before dinner will increase your metabolism for about two to three more hours just when it was starting to slow down. This produces a significant increase in fat burned off, even after the exercise is over.
