Is it Hard Exercise Daily? -

Most people know that they should exercise daily. Daily exercise helps us to lose weight and feel better about ourselves. It is not at all hard to exercise daily if we follow some essential tips.
We have planned to do some exercise and we keep putting it off as the day goes on. We get distracted, there's something "important" that needs to be looked after, or maybe we just don't feel like exercising. Pretty soon the day is almost over and we tell ourselves that we will exercise tomorrow instead.
With "Don't break the chain" however, there is a reason to get that exercise done. Once we have a decent chain of exercise days completed it would be a shame to let that chain die simply because we don't feel like exercising.
Get a year-long calendar or a numbered chart that goes up to 365 (try this one)
Commit to a doable amount of exercise for each day, 20mins a day would be better.
