Aerobic exercise is a good exercise to burn more calories.It associated with short bursts of energy, which are powered by oxygen as fuel, such as adenosine triphosphate and glycogen stored in muscles.

For my marketing job I need to walk a lot every day. But unfortunately I haven't burn my weight yet. Someone has suggested me to walk fast rather walk slowly. Does it effective????

Exerciseis also known as physical activity. In simple terms is any movement works your body density greater than normal daily activity level..Exercise is important to lead a stress free life.Yoga is the best for the being healthy.Make a habit of regular exercise, keeping away extra fat and pumps more blood in the water system.

I also agree with Aerobic Exercise that it is nice exercise for burn more calories. Increasing the amount of muscle in the body. For each additional pound of muscle you carry over, your body makes use of around 50 additional calories per day.

Exercise is the one sure way to burn more calories safely. The improved health you will gain through regular exercise will increase your life expectancy so significantly that the benefits will far outweigh the aging effect of an increased metabolism.

Exercise is really best workout for all to burn more calories easily. And i really like to doing more running and swimming exercise is really best for all to burn more calories easily.

Exercise is really most important part to getting better fitness in our life. And exercise is really good to burn more calories, so doing more running and swimming and bicycling is really best exercise to burn more calories very easily.

There are different exercises targeted at different parts of the body, like the upper body has different set of exercises compared to the lower body. There are some exercises which burn a lot of calories like swimming but you take care to control on food.
