Yeh It's normal problem because you have started exercise after long time and you have faced lots of pain in starting level. After some days, you may feel relaxation because you go for work out daily and It's habitual.

On starting the exercise for the first time or after a long time period, the stiffness is muscles starts reducing as a result the stretching makes the cells and tissues expand a little from the initial arrangement. It is because of this reason pain is felt when starting the exercise or resuming it after a long time interval.

It is the first time you actually started exercising? I think everyone should know about this.

Well, it is perfectly OK. Since you are not used to these exercises, you might feel a little difficulty for some days, but after that it will become normal. Then you will not feel any kind of pain due to regularity in exercise schedule.
